Use method of small tree-planting digging machine: portable digging machine consists of engine, clutch, reducer, drill bit and control device, etc. The engine mostly adopts the two-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine with power of 1.2-3.7 kw, and its power is driven by the clutch and reducer to operate the drill bit. The clutch is the connecting device between the engine and the working parts. Generally, the centrifugal friction clutch is used. When the engine reaches a certain speed, the centrifugal force generated by the clutch driving plate hammer overcomes the tension of the spring, the clutch automatically engages and transmits the power to the drill through the reducer. The reducer is an important part of the digging machine, and its function is to change the engine speed into the working speed of the drill bit. There are cylindrical gear reducer, worm gear reducer and cycloid pin gear reducer. Cycloid pin gear reducer is widely used, which has the characteristics of large deceleration ratio, small volume, light weight, low noise and stable transmission. The control device usually adopts the detachable handle structure, which can be configured to be operated by one person or two persons. The drill bit is composed of drill point, blade, guide vane and drill rod.
